Our team stands ready to provide you with modern assessment and treatment approaches tailored to your needs.
Complementing our physiotherapy services, our Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist – Angela Whiting offers essential support for your muscles between sessions, ensuring a comprehensive care experience. Overseeing our seamless operations is Alli, our capable office manager, and supported by our diligent receptionist Zoe – who manage your appointments with precision.

Physiotherapists

Bob Grainger
CO-DIRECTOR & SENIOR LEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Bob, a distinguished Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of East London (2001), boasts a diverse career that spans the NHS, Army Primary Healthcare, and elite sports therapy, including treating Team GB and Olympic athletes. In 2009, he earned his Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy Sports and Performance from Kings College London. His tenure as Lead Physiotherapist for Sky Professional Cycling Team saw him traveling extensively, overseeing musculoskeletal profiling, and ensuring riders’ optimal racing positions. Bob’s expertise further extends to working with world champion powerlifters, Peterborough Phantoms Ice Hockey Club’s treble-winning season, and aiding local athletes across various sports at Bodywize gym. A fervent sports enthusiast, Bob understands injury’s frustrations first-hand and remains devoted to maintaining his fitness. His prestigious affiliations include the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, The Health Professions Council, and he’s a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, to name a few.

Patrycja Piatek
CO-DIRECTOR & SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Pat is the senior physiotherapist and co-director of Physiofixx EastAnglia, where she combines her clinical expertise with a passion for helping others move and feel better. Having joined the Physiofixx team in 2019, Pat officially stepped into her leadership role in 2022, where she has partnered with Bob Grainger to run and grow the business. With a lifelong love for sport, Pat began her fitness journey as a teenager swimming and training in taekwondo, later discovering a deep passion for CrossFit. Pat has been training since 2016 and has competed at a higher level. She has made appearances at the European Championships in 2021 and 2022. Her interests also extend to Olympic weightlifting, where she not only competes but is also a qualified Level 1 Coach with British Weightlifting. Competed in few local Strong Man/Women competitions to let her also understand better risks of injuries in that high intensity sport. Pat also enjoys running and has completed several races and half marathons where in 2019 raised money for charities completing 12 half marathons in a year- which gives her better understanding of challenges and performance in running. Pat brings drive and discipline into the physiotherapy practice, she has a strong understanding of athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, and movement quality. Outside of work, Pat is a proud mum and an unapologetic dog lover, often found enjoying time with her beloved Dalmatian- Dotty or out exploring the country side.
Massage Therapists

Angela Whiting
SPORTS & HOLISTIC MASSAGE THERAPIST
Angela started work at Physiofixx 2018 with a level 4 qualification in sports massage. She has since gained qualifications in oncology, pregnancy, lymphatic drainage and hot stone massage along with level 3 in reflexology and level 2 in health and nutrition. Her interests include bowls, running, netball, zumba and watching grass roots football. She has two Labradors and a cocker spaniel which she hopes to do canicross within the future.

Alli Jackson
CO-DIRECTOR & PRACTICE MANAGER
Alli is our practice manager, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the clinic and ensures everything runs smoothly. Alli has several years’ experience in administration and accountancy and has great attention to detail. Alli is always happy to help you with any queries you may have and support you throughout your journey with Physiofixx. Away from the clinic Alli enjoys spending time with her family, she has two young boys so can often be found on the side of a football pitch on a Sunday morning. Alli also enjoys long walks with her dog Rosie.

Zoe Wright
SENIOR RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATOR
Zoe is our Senior Receptionist at Physiofixx, she has been part of the team since 2014. She really enjoys her role at Physiofixx, where everyday is different and she enjoys chatting with and getting to know all of our lovely patients. She is a mum to 4 children (some what grown up now!) so life can be very busy at home for her. When she has the time she enjoys going out for long walks with her two crazy Frenchie dogs Marley and Milo. She really loves going to watch shows and the cinema.
